All products come with a standard warranty against manufacturing defects. Warranty details vary by product.
What if there is some issue/damage in transit?
If your product arrives damaged, please notify us immediately with pictures. We’ll arrange for a replacement or resolve the issue quickly.
How do I track my order?
Once shipped, you’ll receive tracking details via email/WhatsApp to monitor your order’s progress.
Are there any delivery or installation charges, or any hidden fees?
No hidden charges. Delivery and installation are either free or clearly mentioned during checkout.
Will the product be exactly as shown on the website?
Yes, our products match the images shown. Minor variations in wood grain and finish are natural.
I have received my order, how about assembly?
Most furniture comes pre-assembled or with free professional assembly at delivery.
Is there any form of cancellation fee?
No cancellation fee if requested before dispatch. Custom-made orders may not be eligible.
Can I initiate a return on a custom product?
Custom or made-to-order products are not eligible for return unless defective.
