Cancellation Policy

  • Order Cancellation:
    Orders can be canceled only before dispatch from our warehouse. A cancellation request will be processed after deducting 10% service and payment gateway charges from the total amount paid.
  • Post-Dispatch Cancellations:
    Once the order has been shipped, cancellations are not allowed. In exceptional cases, cancellations may be accepted at the sole discretion of Lixora Furniture, with all applicable two-way shipping charges borne by the customer.
  • Customised Orders:
    Orders for customized products or items purchased through a sale or discount offer cannot be canceled or refunded.
  • Delays:
    In certain cases, orders may be delayed up to 180 days. No refunds will be issued during this period.
  • Part Payments:
    For orders with part payments across different categories, cancellations will not be eligible for refunds, and the advance amount will be considered as cancellation charges.

Return Policy

Returns are only accepted under the following conditions:
✔ Damaged products
✔ Manufacturing defects
✔ Incomplete or missing items
✔ Incorrect product delivered

Important Notes:

  1. Products sold at a discounted rate or as part of a sale cannot be returned.
  2. We provide replacements but no refunds for in-transit damage.

Return Conditions

  • Notify us within 24 hours of delivery, along with images or videos, if the product is damaged or defective.
  • Do not accept items with tampered or broken packaging, except for normal transit marks.
  • Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging, including tags, labels, and invoices.
  • Ensure items are securely packed to prevent damage during transit.
  • Any damage post-delivery is not eligible for return unless approved by our team. In such cases, 10% cancellation charges and round-trip shipping costs will apply.

Process for Return

  • Initiate a return request via email, whether you’re a guest or a registered user, specifying the product you wish to return.
  • We’ll arrange reverse pick up where available. In areas without reverse pickup service, you may be required to ship the item to us or dispose of it as instructed.
  • Customised orders cannot be returned.

Note:

  • Reverse pickup requests will be sent within 24 hours after confirmation.
  • Pickup may take 7–10 working days, depending on location and logistics.

Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after receiving the returned product in acceptable condition. Refunds will be based on the original payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Card → Card refund
  • Net Banking → Bank account transfer
  • Gift Certificates/Vouchers → Replacement voucher of equal value
  • Other methods → Cheque or NEFT transfer

Please check with your bank or payment provider as refunds may take additional time to reflect in your account.

If you used wallet credits for the purchase, they will be reimbursed to your wallet upon refund approval.

Return requests approved within 48 hours will be processed quickly, but actual refund timelines depend on the payment provider.

Instances Where Returns Are Not Accepted

  • Damage caused by misuse or accidental mishandling
  • Damage resulting from not reporting prior issues
  • Defects not covered by the manufacturer’s warranty
  • Items returned without original packaging, accessories, or missing components

Insurance Coverage

All shipments are insured by our logistics partners while in transit. If damage occurs, please send images and videos to lixorafurniture@gmail.com or via WhatsApp within 24–48 hours of delivery. Claims filed after this period may not be processed, and customers may be responsible for all related charges.
