1. Get in Touch
Before placing your order, reach out to us at lixorafurniture@gmail.com We’ll respond promptly with a personalized shipping quote to your location.
2. Place Your Order
Once you’ve reviewed the shipping details and are ready to proceed, you can place your order online or over the phone. We accept payments via debit/credit cards, PayPal, bank transfer, or cheque.
3. Shipping and Delivery
We’ll keep you informed throughout the process, from dispatch to delivery. Once your order leaves our warehouse, you’ll receive tracking information. For self-collection or third-party pickup, we’ll advise you as soon as your order is ready.
Delivery is arranged at a time that suits you. Please note that due to international safety regulations, we may only be able to deliver to the curbside. We recommend having assistance available to manoeuvre and assemble your items.
Quality Control & Insurance
Before shipping from India, every item undergoes strict quality checks by our team to ensure it meets Lixora’s high standards. All shipments are fully insured against loss and damage.
If you choose to handle shipping independently, we cannot take responsibility for damage once items leave our warehouse. We strongly recommend arranging insurance through your shipping agent.
Where We Ship
We currently ship to selected countries in Europe, the USA, and Canada, using trusted logistics partners like DHL and FedEx.
For shipments, customs regulations may require additional information, such as:
- Social Security Number
- Passport Details
- Power of Attorney
